The hoods in the woods – pilot + season arc
A dark comedy for television about a prudish fifteen year old, Nick Kulp, who hails from a conservative Southern family and is shipped off to a small hippie boarding school in Southwest Colorado following the suspicious death of his mother. Heartbroken and bewildered, Nick begins to realize that his parents may not be who he thought they were and that the unconventional and isolated school he’s been vanquished to has its own dark mysteries to solve.
An uncanny high school telenova, it’s a Southwestern Twin Peaks with a healthy side of Annie Hall.
Intended for young adults and adults. Pilot + Season 1 Arc. Loosely based on my experiences as a teenager.

THe Muffuletta twins - PILOT + season arc / Animated
Two Gotham friends – legendary interior designer, Pierre, who hails from an ancient and privileged Louisiana family; and struggling artist, Ed – discover they have (low-grade) superpower abilities and form a duo called The Muffuletta Twins.
Pierre’s power is the ability to see through thin cottons and certain other fabrics. Ed can jump about ten feet in slow motion with sound effects.
While the city’s iconic Hall of Justice officially recognizes them as “superheros,” they are nonetheless relegated to the roles of citizen helpers, and deeply resent it. They want more than their abilities afford them. They want glamour, acclaim, respect, and an invisible jet.
Together they’re a modern day Lucy and Ethel: Pierre fancy and demanding, Ed prudish and practical.
Led by Pierre, the ambitious duo chase the spotlight. They plot and scheme over dinners at Gotham’s most desirable restaurants, between gossip at fabulous cocktail parties, and during quiet downtime evenings at Pierre’s ever-evolving apartment. Dressed in their mandatory substandard superhero costumes with their Hall of Justice issued Casio video watches strapped to their wrists, they are nonetheless forced to go on what they see as degrading missions, battling sleazy B-villains and competing with other questionable “superheroes” while dreaming of the big time.
